When Does My Coverage End?
Spring 2026 Graduates:
Congratulations on your graduation! Your current ISU SSHIP coverage will expire on July 31, 2026.
Continuing Students:
Your current coverage will end on July 31, 2026. If you are returning in the Fall 2026 semester, you must be registered for Fall classes in order to be eligible for the new plan year beginning on August 1, 2026. Please see our eligibility requirements for more information.
Students can view their current coverage at any time. To view your current coverage, please click here.
New ISU Students:
Welcome to ISU! Insurance enrollment for new ISU students will be open August 1st through September 15th. Please visit our Open Enrollment page to find more information as we get closer to those dates!
Need to make changes?
To make changes to your current coverage, you will need to submit a Qualifying Life Event application within your Care26 account. For more information on acceptable Qualifying Life Events and the required documentation, please click here.
Please note that the application and all supporting documentation must be submitted within 31 days of the Qualifying Life Event.
