Please visit the following webpage for additional details regarding the mandatory Student Health Fee: https://health.iastate.edu/insurance-billing/student-health-fees/

My ISU Student Health Insurance ended, and I do not have other coverage. Do you offer extensions or COBRA?
No. Unfortunately, you must meet one of our eligibility requirements listed at the top of the page to continue the ISU coverage, and COBRA is not available for this particular plan. We recommend visiting https://www.healthcare.gov/ for alternative health insurance options.
